Dunedin, FL (Sports Network) - J.A. Happ tossed six strong innings, as the Toronto Blue Jays blanked the Boston Red Sox, 1-0, in Grapefruit League action.

Happ scattered two hits, walked two and struck out three.

Boston starter Alfredo Aceves was equally impressive on the mound, limiting Toronto two hits over five innings.

Adam Loewen scored the game's lone run in the eighth inning on an error.
