Recap: Philadelphia vs. Boston

Clearwater, FL (Sports Network) - Shannon Wilkerson stroked a go-ahead single in the top of the ninth inning to lift the Boston Red Sox to a 7-6 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies on Sunday in spring training action.

Jackie Bradley belted a three-run home run and finished with four RBI, while Will Middlebrooks registered two hits, an RBI and a run scored for the Red Sox.

Boston starter Brandon Workman allowed two runs on three hits and two walks over three frames.

Chase Utley clubbed a two-run homer and knocked in four overall, while Ryan Howard added a solo shot for the Phillies.

Philadelphia starter Cliff Lee struck out seven, but gave up six runs -- four earned -- on nine hits in 5 1/3 innings.
