Recap: LA Angels vs. Seattle

Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - Julio Morban belted a pair of two-run homers and the Seattle Mariners got four innings from starter Jeremy Bonderman in an 8-5 spring training win over the Los Angeles Angels.

Justin Smoak smacked a tie-breaking solo homer in the fourth inning for Seattle.

Bonderman gave up five hits and a pair of runs while fanning two. His spring ERA stands at 7.20.

Tommy Hanson surrendered a pair of hits and three runs over four frames for the Angels, who received a solo homer from Peter Bourjos offensively.

The Angels' Chad Cordero gave up three runs while recording just one out in the sixth inning.

Orioles' Matusz ejected for substance on arm

Baltimore Orioles reliever Brian Matusz became the second major league pitcher in three days to be ejected from a game for having a foreign substance on his arm.

Hawks' Korver out for postseason
