Recap: Texas vs. Cincinnati

Surprise, AZ (Sports Network) - Alexi Ogando pitched six scoreless innings and Lance Berkman belted a two-run homer to power the Texas Rangers to a 7-2 spring training win over the Cincinnati Reds.

Ogando allowed three hits, walked one and fanned five batters, and Berkman drove in three runs.

Luis Mendez drove in a couple of runs for the Rangers.

Bronson Arroyo gave up nine hits and three runs over 5 1/3 innings for the Reds, who received an RBI apiece from Devin Mesoraco and Miguel Olivo.

Baltimore Orioles reliever Brian Matusz became the second major league pitcher in three days to be ejected from a game for having a foreign substance on his arm.

Hawks' Korver out for postseason
