Peoria, AZ (Sports Network) - Will Venable hit a two-run home run to help the San Diego Padres take a 6-4 win over the Cleveland Indians in spring training action.

Venable finished with three RBI while John Baker also hit a two-run home run and drove in three runs for the Padres, who got two hits and a run scored from Everth Cabrera. Clayton Richard gave up three runs -- one earned -- on five hits with a walk and six strikeouts over five innings.

Jason Kipnis hit a solo home run while Drew Stubbs drove in two runs for the Indians, who also got an RBI from Logan Vick. Justin Masterson gave up two runs on six hits with a walk and seven strikeouts over five innings.
