Jason Kipnis added a solo shot, with Michael Bourn and Lonnie Chisenhall posting an RBI each for the victorious Tribe.

Zach McAllister tossed four scoreless relief innings for the win, yielding three hits and striking out three.

Javier Baez hit a two-run shot among his two hits for the Cubs, while Brooks Raley was saddled with the loss after allowing four hits and three runs over 1 1/3 innings.
