Recap: Chicago Cubs vs. Texas

Las Vegas, NV (Sports Network) - Joey Gallo stroked a three-run home run on Sunday to help the Texas Rangers take an 8-5 decision over the Chicago Cubs in spring training action.

Mitch Moreland and Jose Felix each clubbed a two-run blast for the Rangers, who saw starter Robbie Ross scatter four hits and walk three over three scoreless innings.

Timothy Saunders smacked a two-run homer and Nate Schierholtz added a solo shot for the Cubs. Chicago starter Carlos Villanueva allowed three runs on four hits and three walks over four frames.
