Lakeland, FL (Sports Network) - Miguel Cabrera hit a two-run home run to help the Detroit Tigers take a 10-6 victory over the New York Yankees in spring training action on Saturday.

Torii Hunter went 3-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored while Kevin Russo and Jhonny Peralta each hit a solo home run for the Tigers. Anibal Sanchez gave up four runs on eight hits over six innings of work.

Ben Francisco hit a two-run and solo home run while Kevin Youkilis drove in two runs for the Yankees. Andy Pettitte gave up four runs on eight hits in 6 1/3 innings of action.
