Shelley Duncan smacked a solo shot for Tampa Bay, which got seven strikeouts over five scoreless frames from starter Matt Moore.

Carlos Ruiz had the lone RBI for the Phillies. Starter John Lannan surrendered just two hits and a walk over five scoreless innings.
