Viera, FL (Sports Network) - Danny Espinosa singled home a pair during a five- run sixth inning that lifted the Washington Nationals to a 7-1 Grapefruit League win over the Houston Astros.

Chad Tracy also had two RBI for the Nationals, while starter Dan Haren gave up one run on two hits over three innings.

Jose Altuve went 2-for-3 and knocked in the lone Houston run. Astros starter Lucas Harrell allowed a run on three hits and struck out four in four frames.

Larson hospitalized after fainting at autograph session

Sprint Cup Series driver Kyle Larson was taken to a hospital for precautionary reasons after he fainted during an autograph session at Martinsville Speedway on Saturday.
