Recap: LA Angels vs. Cincinnati

Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - Howie Kendrick clubbed a solo home run on Tuesday, as the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim defeated the Cincinnati Reds, 6-4, in spring training action.

J.B. Shuck and Luis Rodriguez each plated a pair, while Alex Yarbrough added an RBI and a run scored for the Angels. LA starter Tommy Hanson allowed one run on three hits over two innings.

Jay Bruce belted a pair of solo home runs and Yorman Rodriguez added a solo shot of his own for the Reds, who saw starter Mike Leake strike out two and allow just four hits over three scoreless frames.
