Maryvale, AZ (Sports Network) - Jean Segura and Blake Lalli each drove in two runs as the Milwaukee Brewers took a 4-3 win over the Cleveland Indians in spring training action.

Alex Gonzalez had two hits and an run scored for the Brewers, who saw starter Chris Narveson give up two runs on seven hits with two strikeouts over four innings.

Mark Reynolds hit a solo home run and drove in two while Nick Swisher went 2- for-3 with an RBI for the Indians, who got four innings of four-run, seven-hit work from starter Brett Myers.
