Surprise, AZ (Sports Network) - Jurickson Profar tripled in a pair, Mitch Moreland clubbed a two-run homer and the Texas Rangers topped the Cleveland Indians, 10-0, in Cactus League action.

Nelson Cruz also had two RBI, while Jeff Baker collected three hits and scored three runs. Derek Holland scattered three hits over four innings of work.

Zach McAllister started for the Indians and surrendered five runs on seven hits in two frames.
