Recap: Cleveland vs. Oakland

Goodyear, AZ (Sports Network) - Daric Barton drove in the go-ahead run in the 10th inning, and the Oakland Athletics held on for a 7-6 spring training win over the Cleveland Indians.

Yoenis Cespedes hit a two-run homer for the Athletics, whose starter, Brett Anderson, was touched for three runs -- two earned -- on six hits over 5 1/3 innings.

Jose Ramirez went 2-for-4 with a run scored and two RBI for Cleveland, which got a solo homer from Ryan Raburn in the loss.

Indians starter Zach McAllister surrendered five runs on eight hits and two walks in 5 2/3 frames.
