A makeup date for the contest, which was to conclude a wraparound four-game series, has yet to be determined.

The Royals will resume their current homestand Tuesday with the first of two games against the Cleveland Indians. The Yankees will head to Seattle Tuesday to begin a three-game set with the Mariners.
