Fort Myers, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Mike Napoli hit a two-run homer and the Boston Red Sox held off the Baltimore Orioles 8-6 in spring training on Sunday.

Travis Shaw knocked in two runs for the Red Sox, who had 12 hits. Felix Doubront got the start and fanned three over two scoreless frames.

Jonathan Schoop and Christian Walker both had two RBI for the Orioles, who scored five runs in the ninth inning. Starter Brian Matusz tossed two scoreless frames.
