Recap: Philadelphia vs. NY Yankees

Clearwater, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Tommy Joseph hit a two-run double and Philadelphia topped the Yankees, 6-2, in Grapefruit League action.

Domonic Brown added two hits and a walk, while Marlon Byrd, Ryan Howard and Reid Brignac each drove in a run for the Phillies.

Ramon Hernandez worked five-plus strong scoreless innings for the win, striking out two and allowing one hit.

Jacoby Ellsbury and Francisco Cervelli knocked in a run each for New York, while Ivan Nova allowed nine hits and three runs -- despite fanning six -- to take the loss in his five-inning start.
