Jeremy Moore added a solo homer in the eighth for Tampa Bay, while starter Matt Moore allowed two hits, walked one and struck out two in 1 2/3 scoreless innings.

Roberto Hernandez started for the Phillies and held the Rays to one hit over three innings.
