Recap: Detroit vs. Pittsburgh

Lakeland, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Charlie Morton pitched three scoreless innings and the Pittsburgh Pirates topped the Detroit Tigers 5-2 in spring training on Tuesday.

Gregory Polanco went 2-for-3 with an RBI double in the victory. Jaff Decker, Michael Martinez and Pedro Alvarez also drove in a run to help the Pirates win their third consecutive game.

Rick Porcello was tagged for three runs on five hits to absorb the loss, while Austin Jackson hit his first home run of the spring.
