Recap: LA Angels vs. Cleveland

Tempe, AZ ( - Garrett Richards tossed 6 1/3 scoreless innings and Josh Hamilton went 2-for-3 with a pair of RBI in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim's 5-2 Cactus League victory over the Cleveland Indians.

Richards allowed just three hits and three walks over his strong stint and received support from Hamilton and Albert Pujols, who finished 2-for-2 with an RBI triple. Ian Stewart added a solo home run in the win.

The Indians mustered just five hits off four Angels hurlers, with David Cooper stroking an RBI single in his lone at-bat.

Cleveland starter Zach McAllister worked the first six innings, permitting three runs on six hits and striking out three.
