Recap: Cleveland vs. LA Angels

Goodyear, AZ ( - Collin Cowgill hit a two-run home run as the LA Angels of Anaheim took an 8-3 victory over the Cleveland Indians in spring training action.

Andrew Romine drove in a pair of runs and walked three times, while Chris Iannetta scored twice for the Angels. Jered Weaver pitched 4 1/3 innings and gave up three runs on five hits with five strikeouts.

Jason Kipnis, Carlos Santana and Michael Brantley each had an RBI for the Indians. Danny Salazar was touched for one run on two hits with a pair of walks and strikeouts over 1 2/3 frames.
