Recap: Minnesota vs. Boston

Fort Myers, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Chris Parmalee hit a three-run home run as the Minnesota Twins took a 6-2 win over the Boston Red Sox in Grapefruit League action.

Joe Mauer, Trevor Plouffe and Kennys Vargas each drove in a run for the Twins. Scott Diamond started on the mound and gave up a run on two hits.

Daniel Nava hit a solo home run while Jonathan Herrera drove in the other run for the Red Sox. Allen Webster pitched 1 2/3 innings, giving up three runs on four hits.

Regan Smith substituted for Kyle Larson in the No. 42 Chip Ganassi Racing Chevrolet in Sunday's Sprint Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway after Larson was sidelined due to additional medical tests following his fainting spell on Saturday.
