Recap: Chicago WSox vs. Arizona

Glendale, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - Tuffy Gosewisch's two-run double in the top of the ninth inning boosted the Arizona Diamondbacks to a 6-4 decision over the Chicago White Sox on Saturday in spring training action.

With the game tied 4-4 in the ninth, Evan Marzilli and Socrates Brito smacked back-to-back one-out singles before both runners scored on Gosewisch's two- bagger to right.

Marcos Mateo worked around a one-out hit-by-pitch in the bottom half to secure the victory for Arizona, which received two RBI from Andy Marte and a solo homer from A.J. Pollock.

Arizona starter Brandon McCarthy allowed two runs on six hits over five innings of work.

Alexei Ramirez, Jordan Danks and Carlos Sanchez each collected two hits and an RBI for the White Sox. Chicago starter Jose Quintana faced just two batters before leaving the game with a leg injury after being hit by Gerardo Parra's single back to the mound.
