Freddie Freeman went 4-for-4 and Dan Uggla had a two-run homer for the Braves. Alex Wood surrendered only one run and struck out four batters across six frames for the win.

Mike Napoli, Xander Bogaerts, and Jackie Bradley Jr. each had an RBI for the Red Sox while John Lackey was reached for five runs on 10 hits over 4 2/3 innings.
