Recap: Pittsburgh vs. Tampa Bay

Bradenton, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Jerry Sands brought in two runs as the Tampa Bay Rays defeated the Pittsburgh Pirates, 6-3, in spring training action on Saturday.

Ben Zobrist's groundout in the first drove in a run and the Rays scored two more on two Pittsburgh errors. Jake Odorizzi surrendered one run on two hits across 3 2/3 innings.

Michael Martinez went 2-for-3 with a double, while Russell Martin and Robert Andino each registered an RBI for Pittsburgh. Starter Edinson Volquez was tagged for four runs -- two runs -- on five hits in the loss.
