Recap: Tampa Bay vs. Pittsburgh

Port Charlotte, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Russell Martin stroked an RBI single to start Pittsburgh's six-run rally in the first and added a three-run homer in the fourth as the Pirates claimed a 10-5 win over the Tampa Bay Rays in spring training action on Saturday.

Gaby Sanchez smacked a two-run double, while Starling Marte went 2-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored for the Pirates. Starter Francisco Liriano allowed just one run on four hits and a walk with three strikeouts over three frames.

Jerry Sands hit a two-run homer and finished with three RBI for the Rays, who saw starter Matt Moore surrender six runs -- four earned -- on five hits and a walk while recording just two outs before being pulled in the first inning.
