Recap: Texas vs. Cleveland

Surprise, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - David Adams knocked in the go-ahead run in the seventh, and Ryan Rohlinger added a sacrifice fly the following frame as insurance, as Cleveland held on to beat Texas, 6-5, in Cactus League play.

Jeff Francoeur and Elliot Johnson added two RBI apiece for the Tribe. David Aardsma picked up the win despite yielding two runs on three hits in one relief inning.

Jurickson Profar and Mitch Moreland each knocked in a pair of runs for the Rangers. Aaron Poreda took the loss, charged with Cleveland's lead run in the seventh.
