Recap: Chicago Cubs vs. Cleveland

Mesa, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - Mike Aviles slugged a two-run homer and scored twice to fuel Cleveland's 7-2 decision over the Chicago Cubs in Cactus League play.

Ryan Rohlinger, Yan Gomes, Tony Wolters and David Cooper also knocked in a run each for the Tribe. Carlos Carrasco picked up the win, allowing two unearned runs and three hits while striking out six in his three-inning start.

Kris Bryant's two-run shot was the lone run support for Edwin Jackson. Ryan Roberts doubled among his two hits in defeat for the Cubs.

Jackson took the hill for Chicago, but allowed three runs on four hits over three full frames.
