Mesa, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - Carlos Santana went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and two runs scored to lead the Cleveland Indians to a 3-2 win over the Chicago Cubs.

Jeff Francoeur added a pair of RBI and starter Justin Masterson scattered two hits and struck out eight over five innings for the Indians.

Luis Valbuena had a pair of doubles and an RBI for the Cubs. Travis Wood was touched for two runs on four hits while fanning eight out five frames.
