Recap: Seattle vs. Cincinnati

Peoria, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - Chris Heisey belted a pair of two-run homers to help the Cincinnati Reds outslug the Seattle Mariners, 10-9, in a Cactus League matchup.

Brandon Phillips added a solo homer as well as a two-run single for Cincinnati, while Argenis Diaz snapped an 8-8 tie with an RBI triple in the top of the eighth inning before scoring on a Rossmel Perez base hit.

The Reds also received a sharp effort from starter Brett Marshall, who scattered four hits and struck out four over three scoreless innings.

Cole Gillespie and D.J. Peterson each collected two hits for the Mariners, with Gillespie driving in three runs and Peterson cracking a solo homer.

Randy Wolf worked Seattle's first three innings, surrendering a pair of long balls and four runs overall.
