Recap: Seattle vs. San Francisco

Peoria, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - Juan Perez went 3-for-5 with a double and a home run as the San Francisco Giants topped the Seattle Mariners 13-6 in spring training action.

Perez, Joe Panik, Hector Sanchez and Brandon Hicks all drove in two runs for San Francisco, which plated 13 runs despite hitting just 6-of-20 with runners in scoring position.

Seattle scored four in the third inning off Giants starter Edwin Escobar, including Abraham Almonte's second homer of the spring. Escobar lasted just 2 2/3 frames.

Michael Saunders drove in a pair of runs for the Mariners, while James Paxton was reached for three runs -- two earned -- on six hits over four innings.
