Recap: Chicago Cubs vs. Chicago WSox

Mesa, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - Ryan Sweeney went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in the Chicago Cubs' 4-3 win over the Chicago White Sox in spring training action on Thursday.

Anthony Rizzo, Justin Ruggiano and Darwin Barney each added an RBI, while Cubs starter Travis Wood struck out four over three scoreless innings of two-hit, one-walk ball.

Adam Dunn and Alejandro De Aza stroked back-to-back homers in the ninth for the White Sox, who saw starter Felipe Paulino permit three runs on five hits and a walk over four frames.

Regan Smith substituted for Kyle Larson in the No. 42 Chip Ganassi Racing Chevrolet in Sunday's Sprint Cup Series race at Martinsville Speedway after Larson was sidelined due to additional medical tests following his fainting spell on Saturday.
