Recap: Colorado vs. Chicago Cubs

Scottsdale, AZ (SportsNetwork.com) - Charlie Blackmon hit a walk-off three-run homer in the bottom of the ninth to lift Colorado Rockies to a 9-6 win over the Chicago Cubs on Wednesday.

Carlos Gonzalez also hit a three-run home run in the win. Colorado starter Franklin Morales allowed one unearned run over four innings with three strikeouts and three walks in the win.

Luis Valbuena and Javier Baez each hit solo shots for Chicago, which saw starter Carlos Villanueva go four innings and allow three runs on three hits with eight strikeouts.
