Milwaukee, WI (SportsNetwork.com) - The Milwaukee Brewers will honor legendary announcer Bob Uecker with another statue, but this time on the inside of Miller Park.

The club announced on Wednesday that the newest monument to the club's long- time broadcaster will be dedicated on April 25, and pays homage to a classic Miller Lite commercial where Uecker ends up in the last row of seats despite thinking he was heading closer to the field.

"Bob Uecker is synonymous with the Brewers and his famous 'I must be in the front row' tagline is iconic," said Brewers chief operating officer Rick Schlesinger. "This statue will definitely become a destination for fans visiting Miller Park."

Uecker was first honored with a bronze statue in August of 2012, but this one was placed outside the Brewers' home field, placed as one of four key members of Milwaukee baseball history.

"I can't think of a better place to put this statue," Uecker said. "This will be great for fans and even better for pigeons. You might even be able to see a little part of the field."

The second statue will be placed in the very last row of the section which bears his name, and will have a seat vacant next to it so fans can take photos.

Dubbed "Mr. Baseball" by Johnny Carson, Uecker has been the play-by-play radio voice of for the Brewers for the past 43 years. He also spent six seasons playing in the majors as a catcher for the Milwaukee/Atlanta Braves franchise, St. Louis Cardinals and Philadelphia Phillies. He won a World Series with the Cardinals in 1964.

The 78-year-old Uecker was inducted into the broadcasters' wing of the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2003.
