Orlando, FL (Sports Network) - The Orlando Magic have traded guard J.J. Redick to the Milwaukee Bucks in a six-player swap.

Redick will head to Milwaukee along with guard Ish Smith and forward/center Gustavo Ayon in exchange for forward Tobias Harris and guards Doron Lamb and Beno Udrih.

Redick is averaging a career-high 15.1 points and 4.4 assists in 50 games this season. He will give Milwaukee some outside shooting depth, hitting from beyond the arc at a 39.0 percent clip.

The 28-year-old Duke product had spent his entire seven-year career in Orlando and has averaged 9.2 points while shooting 39.8 percent from 3-point range in 396 games, including 52 starts. He will be a free agent at the conclusion of the season.

Smith will join his fifth team in three NBA seasons, having also played for Houston, Memphis and Golden State since entering the league in 2010-11. He is averaging 2.4 points in 36 games this season.

Ayon was in his first season with Orlando after spending the 2011-12 campaign in New Orleans. He is averaging 3.6 points and 3.3 rebounds in 43 games this season.

Harris was averaging 4.9 points in 28 games, including 14 starts, in his second year for Milwaukee, while Lamb, a rookie from Kentucky, was averaging 3.4 points in 23 games off the bench. Udrih, a 30-year-old veteran in his second year with the Bucks after three seasons in San Antonio and four in Sacramento, was averaging 6.7 points and 3.5 assists in 39 games.
