Recap: LA Lakers vs. Utah

Anaheim, CA (Sports Network) - Gordon Hayward posted 13 points and was one of seven players to record double digits as the Utah Jazz beat up the Los Angeles Lakers, 114-80, in preseason play on Tuesday.

Al Jefferson and Alec Burks each had 12 points, while Marvin Williams, Derrick Favors, Enes Kanter and Randy Foye each posted 10 points for the Jazz, who shot 53.4 percent in the game.

Kobe Bryant had a game-high 31 points for the Lakers, who are 0-4 in the preseason. Jodie Meeks was the only other player on the team to reach double- digits with 12 points.

After trailing early in the game, the Jazz took control and led by 11 points, 26-15, after the first quarter.

The team never looked back the rest of the way and led by as many as 41 points.
