Houston, TX (Sports Network) - Kevin Martin scored 22 points to help the Houston Rockets take a 109-102 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies in preseason action on Wednesday.

Carlos Delfino posted 14 points, Toney Douglas added 13 while Omer Asik added nine points and 11 rebounds for the Rockets, who got seven points and 12 assists from Jeremy Lin.

Mike Conley scored 18 points, Rudy Gay had 13 and Zach Randolph added nine points and 10 rebounds for the Grizzlies, who fell to 1-2 on the preseason.
