Recap: Cleveland vs. Philadelphia

Columbus, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - Tristan Thompson and Kyrie Irving delivered double-doubles to lead the Cleveland Cavaliers to a preseason victory over the Philadelphia 76ers from Schottenstein Center on Ohio State's campus.

Thompson tallied 15 points and 16 rebounds while Irving contributed 17 points and 12 assists in the triumph. Alonzo Gee and Henry Sims scored 14 points apiece.

Spencer Hawes led Philly with 17 points and 12 boards, while Thaddeus Young and Evan Turner deposited 16 and 14 points, respectively.

Prior to the game, Philadelphia head coach Brett Brown announced that rookie Nerlens Noel will likely miss the season while recovering from a torn ACL.
