Las Vegas, NV (SportsNetwork.com) - Chris Paul scored 40 points on 13-of-21 shooting and dished out 11 assists as the Los Angeles Clippers topped the Denver Nuggets in overtime, 118-111.

Darren Collison finished with 27 points for the Clippers, who got 17 points and eight rebounds from Blake Griffin.

Anthony Randolph and Evan Fournier both scored 16 points for Denver, while Randy Foye, Timofey Mozgov and Quincy Miller each had 11 points.
