Rudy Gay totaled 15 points, while Austin Daye contributed 14 off the bench for the Raptors, who improved to 6-1 in the preseason. Jonas Valanciunas added 10 points with nine boards.

Ed Davis and Jon Leuer scored 11 points apiece, with Jerryd Bayless pouring in 10 points for the Grizzlies, who fell to 4-3.
