Recap: New Orleans vs. Miami

New Orleans, LA (SportsNetwork.com) - LeBron James poured in a game-high 27 points as the Miami Heat rolled past the New Orleans Pelicans, 108-95, in preseason action on Wednesday.

Dwyane Wade added 25 points and seven assists and Chris Bosh chipped in 14 points, nine rebounds and seven assists for the Heat, who will close out the preseason at home against the Brooklyn Nets on Friday.

Greg Oden made his first appearance for the Heat. He scored two points and grabbed two rebounds in just under four minutes of action.

Eric Gordon scored 19 points and Anthony Davis had 18 points, eight rebounds, three steals and three blocked shots in just over 32 minutes for the Pelicans, who were handed their first loss of the preseason.

New Orleans will visit Orlando on Friday in its preseason finale.

Miami trailed 82-77 entering the final frame, but outscored the Pelicans 31-13 over the final 12 minutes.
