Recap: Portland vs. Golden State

Portland, OR (SportsNetwork.com) - Steph Curry posted 33 points and 10 assists, outdueling his counterpart Damian Lillard and leading the Golden State Warriors to a 122-108 win over the ailing Portland Trail Blazers.

Andrew Bogut finished with 10 points, 16 rebounds and six assists for the Warriors, winners in 12 of their last 13 games. Andre Iguodala netted 21 points off the bench, Klay Thompson scored 16 and Draymond Green flirted with a triple-double, tallying 14 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists.

The Warriors, who were coming off a 6-0 homestand, clinched the Pacific Division crown with the win.

"It's a proud moment, but staying in the moment is the best thing," said Curry. "We have to stay focused on the bigger goals we have this season."

Lillard did all he could to keep the short-handed Blazers afloat, pouring in 29 points with seven rebounds and five assists. C.J. McCollum recorded a career-high 23 points off the bench.

Portland fell to 3-5 this season without All-Star forward LaMarcus Aldridge, who sprained his index finger earlier in the week. Nicolas Batum (back) and Chris Kaman (shoulder) were also out of the lineup.

"At one point, there was all guards on the floor for both teams. That was different," said Lillard. "A new experience for a lot of us."

After a sluggish first half, the Warriors took control of the game in the third quarter. They quickly turned a five-point halftime deficit into a tie game on Curry's layup 2 1/2 minutes in and went in front on his triple a minute later.

Lillard hit from deep at the other end to tie it at 69, but an 11-0 run ensued, putting Golden State in the driver's seat. Curry capped the flurry with another 3-pointer.

The lead grew to 14 before McCollum split a pair from the line in the final seconds, and the Warriors led 93-80 after three.

Portland didn't do anything in the fourth quarter to put the final result in jeopardy. Iguodala scored 10 points on 4-of-4 shooting in the fourth to aid the Warriors in pulling away.

The Blazers were the better team in the first half, leading by as many as 12 points before taking a 62-57 lead into halftime.
