Hornets' Davis leaves game with shoulder injury

New Orleans, LA (Sports Network) - New Orleans Hornets forward-center Anthony Davis left Tuesday's game against the Phoenix Suns in the third quarter with a left shoulder injury.

Davis suffered the injury near the midway point of the third frame when he was fouled on a layup by Suns center Marcin Gortat. Davis remained in the game for several minutes before being pulled, and did not return.

Davis finished with six points and four rebounds.
