Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - The Philadelphia 76ers have signed guard Jeremy Pargo to a 10-day contract.

Pargo appeared in 25 games for Cleveland earlier this season, starting 11, and averaged 7.8 points with 2.6 assists. He was waived last month after the Cavaliers acquired Marreese Speights, Wayne Ellington and Josh Selby as part of a trade with Memphis.

The Gonzaga product spent the 2011-12 season with Memphis and averaged 2.9 points with 1.3 assists in 44 games, including five starts. In 69 games over two NBA seasons, he is averaging 4.7 points and 1.7 assists.

Philadelphia opted to sign Pargo after the second 10-day contract for guard Shelvin Mack expired.
