Kansas City, MO (SportsNetwork.com) - The Kansas City Chiefs signed defensive tackle Jerrell Powe and released wide receiver Chad Hall on Thursday.

Powe rejoins the Chiefs after being released by the team on Dec. 13. He was released by Kansas City prior to the start of the 2013 season and then rejoined the club on Dec. 3. The Mississippi product has played in 10 contests in two NFL seasons with the Chiefs (2011-12).

Hall played in nine games with the Chiefs before being released on Dec. 7. The Air Force product originally came to Kansas City on Sept. 1 via waiver claim from San Francisco.

The 27-year-old Hall has caught 16 passes for 155 yards and two touchdowns in 24 career games with the Eagles and Chiefs.
