Recap: NY Giants vs. Dallas

East Rutherford, NJ (SportsNetwork.com) - Odell Beckham sent social media into a frenzy and had everyone buzzing.

"I've seen him make one-handed catches like that all the time," Giants coach Tom Coughlin said. "But none like that."

Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys still found a way to upstage him.

Romo hit Dez Bryant for a go-ahead 13-yard touchdown with 1:01 remaining and the Cowboys' defense stood tall in the final minute as Dallas edged the New York Giants 31-28 on Sunday night.

Right after Adrien Robinson's 1-yard TD catch gave the Giants a 28-24 advantage with three minutes left, Romo hit Cole Beasley for a gain of 21 yards to put the ball at the Giants' 36.

Dallas' offensive line took over from there.

Romo had an eternity to scan the field before firing a 15-yard completion to Jason Witten over the middle and two plays later, had all day to throw again as Bryant hauled in his 13-yard score in the back left corner of the end zone.

"We have a special group of guys," Romo said.

Rashad Jennings was unable to power for a first down after bringing in a short completion from Eli Manning on 4th-and-2 and a couple of Dallas kneel downs sealed the outcome.

Prior to that, Beckham's jaw-dropping 43-yard TD catch was all anybody wanted to talk about.

During pregame warmups, Beckham puts headphones on and casually practices an array of one-handed snatches.

That routine was put to use early in the second quarter.

With Dallas cornerback Brandon Carr draped all over him along the right sideline, Beckham leapt inside the 5-yard line. He contorted his body and reached back as far as he could behind his head to snatch Manning's rainbow toss with his right hand before pulling it into his body and landing backwards in the end zone.

"Perfect spiral," Beckham said. "The ball placement makes it a lot easier to do something like that ... It really means nothing without a win."

The snag highlighted his 10-reception, 146-yard, two touchdown night.

"Their rookie wideout obviously put on a show," Romo said of Beckham.

Romo finished 18-of-26 for 275 yards and four touchdown passes, while Bryant caught seven passes for 86 yards and two scores for Dallas (8-3), which had lost two of its last three coming in.

Up next, a Thanksgiving Day showdown against the Philadelphia Eagles with first place in the NFC East on the line.

DeMarco Murray carried the ball 24 times for 121 yards in the triumph.

Manning was 29-of-40 for 338 yards with three touchdowns and an interception for the Giants (3-8), who have lost six games in a row.

The Cowboys trailed 21-10 at halftime, but Romo tossed a pair of third-quarter scores to put them in front.

He hit Beasley on an in-and-out route to pick up a 3rd-and-5 and Beasley raced down the left sideline untouched for a 45-yard score.

Manning then drove the Giants inside the red zone, but his pass over the middle for Preston Parker sailed on him. Parker got a hand on the ball and tipped it into the air before Cowboys safety Barry Church reeled in the overthrow.

Romo then found Bryant along the right sideline for a 31-yard touchdown to give the Cowboys a 24-21 lead late in the frame.

Robinson's TD catch capped a 14-play, 93-yard march which took 6:12 off the clock.

Earlier, the Giants posted touchdowns on each of their first three drives.

Manning flipped a 3-yard TD pass to Beckham in the front part of the end zone to conclude New York's opening trek and Dallas answered with a 38-yard Dan Bailey field goal.

Witten's 4-yard score came after Beckham's one-handed touchdown to cut the deficit to 14-10.

Andre Williams' 3-yard TD plunge came with 3:18 to go until halftime.
