Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Donovan McNabb will officially call it a career and will do so as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles.

McNabb and Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie will hold a press conference on Monday to make the announcement.

The 36-year-old Syracuse product played his first 11 NFL seasons with the Eagles, then spent 2010 with Washington and the 2011 campaign with Minnesota before sitting out the 2012 season.

McNabb led the Eagles to 91 wins in the regular season with nine playoff victories and holds nearly every team passing record, including 32,873 yards and 216 touchdown passes.

The Eagles won five NFC East titles, made five appearances in the NFC Championship Game and reached Super Bowl XXXIX with McNabb directing the offense. He was also a six-time Pro Bowl selection with Philadelphia.

McNabb was traded to Washington following the 2009 season and played 13 games for the Redskins. He fell out of favor with Washington head coach Mike Shanahan and was benched late in the season, then was traded to Minnesota prior to the 2010 campaign and lasted only six games with the Vikings before being benched in October and released in December.

In 167 career games, McNabb completed 59 percent of his passes for 37,276 yards with 234 touchdowns and 117 interceptions. His 3,459 rushing yards rank sixth all-time among NFL quarterbacks.
