Ashburn, VA (Sports Network) - Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III was a full participant in practice all week and was deemed probable on the team's final injury report as they prepare for an NFC Wild Card game against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday.

Griffin, who injured his right knee in a Week 15 win over the Baltimore Ravens and sat out in Week 16, guided the Redskins to a 28-18 win over the Dallas Cowboys and the NFC East crown last Sunday.

Griffin may be without some of his protection this Sunday, as starting left guard Kory Lichtensteiger missed practice all week with an ankle injury and was listed as questionable.

Cornerback Domonique Johnson (knee) missed practice all week and was placed on injured reserve on Friday to make room for cornerback Cedric Griffin, who was activated to the 53-man roster after serving a four-game suspension for the use of performance-enhancing drugs.

Linebacker London Fletcher, who's played in 240 consecutive games, sandwiched a full day of practice on Thursday between a pair of missed practices, but is expected to play through his lingering ankle injury and was listed as probable.

Safety DeJon Gomes (knee) was limited all week and was listed as questionable, while cornerback DeAngelo Hall (elbow), wide receivers Pierre Garcon (foot) and Josh Morgan (hand, foot) and linebacker Ryan Kerrigan (ankle) were all full participants on Friday and are probable for Sunday.
