New York, NY ( - The New York Rangers have retained veteran center and 2014 Bill Masterson Trophy recipient Dominic Moore with a reported two-year contract on Tuesday's opening day of free agency.

Additionally, the defending Eastern Conference champions added to their forward depth by agreeing to terms with wing Tanner Glass, with reporting the deal to be worth $4.35 million over three years.

Moore, who returned to the NHL in 2013-14 after sitting out the previous season to tend to his late wife, Katie, will earn $3 million over two years according to TSN.

The 33-year-old skated in 73 regular-season games and 25 playoff tests for the Rangers this past season, tallying six goals and 12 assists prior to adding three goals and five assists during the postseason. Following the conclusion of the 2013-14 campaign, Moore was named the winner of the Masterson Trophy, awarded annually to the player who best exemplifies perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey.

Glass has recorded 18 goals, 54 points and 458 penalty minutes over 377 career NHL games. The 30-year-old spent the past two seasons with Pittsburgh and had four goals with nine assists over 67 regular-season contests with the Penguins in 2013-14.

The Rangers also signed center Chris Mueller, who spent the majority of last season with the Dallas Stars' American Hockey League affiliate, the Texas Stars.
