Recap: Winnipeg vs. Edmonton

Winnipeg, MB (Sports Network) - The Winnipeg Jets scored the first three goals of the game and held on for a 3-2 preseason victory over the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday.

Michael Frolik, Carl Klingberg and Anthony Peluso each had tallies for Winnipeg, which saw goalie Ondrej Pavelec stop 22-of-24 shots.

Richard Bachman gave up a pair of goals in the second period, then Peluso's in the third. He made 26 saves for Edmonton.

Mitchell Moroz and Philip Larsen each scored a goal in the final period for the Oilers.
